Shamo chicken questions?

I will try and help. The comb type is pea (or at least it is for showing). It is a very hearty breed, laying a medium light brown egg. My hen lays one egg a day and lays for about 2 1/2 months before going broody. She is a good sitter and usually hatches 5 - 6 chicks per clutch. The chicks are a handful and must be brooded by 2 days old or the cockerels are fighting. The chicks mature about 7 months of age.
