Boys names....which one works best as a combo|?

Well Jonathan Lewis is a company name so I wouldn't use that and Jonathan Lucas is too similar too Jonathan Lewis. I wouldn't go for any of the Damian choices you have listed either or the Blayne, I just don't like any of them.
