Comics: who would win batman family or asgardians (marvel)?

The Asgardians will annihilate them by far. Three reasons. First of all they are GODS/GODDESSES which means they are immortal. Second They actually have powers. And Third they have a Millennia worth of experience. Their is no way that the batman family will ever have a chance in defeating the Asgardians.
