Pokemon Black: Musketeer Trio?

I caught Cobalion (I have Black version) but accidentally Ko'd Virizon and Terrakion...... do they ever re-appear?!? Did I ruin it?!?!? Are they gone forever?!?!? One billion points for the HELPFUL and EDUCATED answer!!!
