Heelp i cant sleep!!?

now this is just getting ridiculous, i have been awake for four hours, and im not even tired.. im soo bored, ive already tried counting,planning,thinking,all that stuff, pls tell me what to doo?,, btw i cant go downstaris and watch tv cuz of parents asking what i am doing, and its akward :L
